    Good Day, thanks for your quote request, we would be delighted to assist you move your precious belongings. We know and understand how much they mean to you and we will do our utmost best to take extra care when handling them. We also know and understand the stresses associated with moving and our job is to minimise the stress and get you into your new home with no fuss.

    Please note if we have quoted an Open truck, we do have tarpaulins to cover when there is inclement weather.

    Should you have items that you no longer need in your new home, we can assist with their disposal or if theres value in them we can either buy them or offer credit to the moving fee. (This service is currently only available in Cape Town)

    Labour to load and offload
    Blanket service to protect
    Goods In Transit of up to R250k for partial and complete loss

    Excluded
    Bubble Wrapping of Items ( R85 per item)
    Storage at the request of the client
    Additional Items not listed above
    Tricky/Difficult access from vehicle to Building
    Disassembling and reassembly of items for transportation
    Delays as a result of client issues, including but not limited to, Large items not fitting through, removal and refitting of doors, Hoisting of furniture and other client related difficulties.
    Additional drop/off pick up points

    Terms:

    For long distance moves, 50% deposit confirms space and booking. Balance payable on loading

    For local moves quoted under R2000, payment on completion

    We will provide the client with estimated delivery date, however these may change for earlier or later due to operational delays and so forth and we shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

    Generally good but some scratches on furniture and two broken plastic box lids. A phone charger+cable and another charger cable disappeared from the rooms, whilst stuff was being moved out and loaded (these were not part of the items to be moved). No theft of items that were moved.
