Mine was not a typical piano move seeing that I live in a very secluded area in the Eastern Cape that includes mountain passes, gravel roads and zero cellphone reception. Despite having many challenges and delays on their journey, the Piano In Motion team collected, delivered and assembled my piano as promised. I can certainly recommend using their services.

Do not use them. I had a terrible experience. They firstly wanted me to pay upfront when the quote clearly states upon completion of the job. Secondly, they were very unprofessional. They damaged my piano (they let it fall), reversed into my garage door and did not have enough men for the job that i had to get additional people to help. DO NOT USE!

Patricia at Wise Move was absolutely 💯 She went the extra mile for me. Thank you for caring and making me feel relaxed. On the other hand Pianoworx delivered the piano safely, but I was a bit put off when the delivery guys asked if there was extra in the envelope for them. There would have been but hey they slipped up by asking.
