I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Moving day can be stressful, but they kept everything calm and under control — and they were especially amazing with my wife, helping her stay relaxed the whole time. That kind of attitude and patience is priceless. Halfway through the load we realised we had way more stuff than expected and it wasn’t all going to fit on the truck. Without any drama, they immediately jumped into action, arranged an extra vehicle (a bakkie) super fast, and still managed to get our entire home moved smoothly. Yes, there was a small additional cost, but for an emergency solution it was more than reasonable — and absolutely worth it. They work neatly and efficiently, and they really take care of your belongings. Everything was handled with care, and they made sure the furniture was secure and protected throughout the move. If you want a moving team that’s reliable, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile when things don’t go to plan — this is the company to use. I’d recommend them to anyone, anytime!

I have never been as impressed by a company and staff as I was with MLH Transport. From the 1st call from Leon to the last goodbye to Shaun and the team, the whole dreadful experience of moving has been turned into a pleasure. Everyone was friendly and smiling, and they would not let me help, even when I wanted to. They were punctual and even finished the day about 30 min earlier than I expected. I would highly recommend MLH Transport to anyone who needs to move, but dread the experience. I am for sure a customer for life!

Moving is not easy I tell you but trust Bruno and his team to help you out. In my situation we had to use a different exit from my former apartment and when we got to my new apartment the elevator wasn’t working!! BUT I feared not because even now having to take the stairs with my items, Bruno was still optimistic and delivered every item to my door step. I highly recommend TM Movers. Despite the inital misunderstanding surrounding the time of collection, they took great care of the piano and desk and went out of their way to assist me with the desk that turned out to be a bit wider and bulkier than I initially thought. The entire process took off so much stress from our move. He quoted and responded to the enquiry promptly. With all my questions and back and forth messages via the Wise Move app, he replied almost immediately and was so accommodating and friendly. He followed up with me a few days prior to the move and then reconfirmed the day before which I thought was so proactive, as usually it's the customer having to check all is still on track. He arrived on the day punctually (actually even a few minutes earlier). My sizes I gave him for the TV were incorrect but he assisted nonetheless and never complained once. There were hiccups along the way like stripped screws in the TV bracket arm, which he struggled with yet succeeded and assisted even when I told him if he couldn't I would have someone come in. Really so accommodating and didn't make you feel uncomfortable with the situation. He done extra trips than originally scheduled for, and kept in contact the entire time. They were so careful with our furniture and appliances and wrapped everything in blankets and took really great care of all of our belongings. The absolute bonus which I believe will influence future movers decision, is how he reassembles all the furniture and appliances and connects the dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, he even went as far as re setting up our patio set which is super confusing and a puzzle in itself. He did not rush to leave until he knew I was 100% satisfied and even left after hours but ensured everything was done from start to finish. I can highly recommend his moving company to anyone looking and can assure it takes so much to the pressure and stress out of a move, having these little extras done and the care received.

This was something my wife and I dreaded until Diamond Movers arrived. We organized them for 08:00 they got to our place 30min earlier, and immediately took control! They saw we will need to do more than 1 trip, seeing that it was close it was not a problem. The team took care of all our items, made sure they are all packed safely, gently wrapped all our table and special items. They are fast and effective!! The team made sure they understood exactly what we needed to pack in. And were more than helpfull with moving the items into the correct place when off loading.
