The gentleman who loaded my stuff were very friendly and accommodating and time efficient especially the first guy. Things to improve I was expecting some of my furniture items especially the carpets, mattresses and beds to be wrapped before going into the truck and this was not done at all. Only when the furniture was at storage (as I asked to use their storage) I saw wrapped but not when it was loaded in the truck and left the pick up location. I was also expecting my table to be unassembled with care because it’s very expensive but it wasn’t and looks like it chipped on the side that had no issues. I will fix this and I’m not asking for it to be fixed. This is just feedback. Lastly one of the loading guys was standing on my furniture (dressing table) while attempting to place the smaller mattress on top. This was not nice to see and was unprofessional because they had a ladder that they could have used for such and not my furniture. Storage I am very happy with the fact that some items were wrapped at storage. This was a pleasure to see when I went to get some stuff the next day after offloading. I’m also grateful that the driver who was very professional and referred me to the storage made this referral. He made my life so much easier. He also organised a key for me as I was not there when they offloaded. Thank you.

Mine was not a typical piano move seeing that I live in a very secluded area in the Eastern Cape that includes mountain passes, gravel roads and zero cellphone reception.
