Gigantus where on top of things right from the start. First things first, they had the best quote value for money when I filed the job. Quotes were shared promptly and we were scheduled accordingly. They went out of their way to accommodate a moving time that suited us. On the day, the moving team were early and they promptly loaded all the appliances, boxes, etc onto the truck, taking care to ensure no damage was done to the goods. Upon arrival, they patiently unloaded and moved every single item into the instructed rooms. A quick check and sign-off followed and the job was done in what I can only describe as a dream. They were efficient, punctual, patient and professional throughout the experience. Moving with these guys was a breeze - no hanging around, slowing down, no issues. Highly recommend them. I started speaking with Potso perhaps 3 weeks prior to the removal. He brought a touch of humanity to his professionalism, and even linked me to a car transportation company when I was at my wits end with trying to figure out how I was going to transport my car to Gauteng. His removal "guys" worked hard and swiftly as they packed my numerous goods onto their truck, all on Cape Town's hottest day with 40 degree temperatures. They made sure to wrap my art in protective film, and took care as they loaded my plants. I was super shocked when two days later I received a call to say my goods were being delivered at their destination. not a single issue encountered, just simple delight! It is a rarity to have this 10/10 experience in this day and age, and yet Swift exceeded it. I unreservedly recommend them. Thank you Potso, Botlhale and eish I forget the other man's name. People Who Actually Care, The Loading Person kind of forced me to keep my possessions in safe spot and to keep watch while we were loading, which to me means that they Care about your belongings. They Had No Problem to Assist and Load everything onto and off of the Truck, even gave me a lift as-well, 10/10 will hire them again!!

Really great experience overall! Communication was excellent - they were always responsive when I messaged, and their pricing was very reasonable. My kist arrived safely and was clearly handled with care. The only thing to be aware of is that if you select flexible pickup and flexible delivery, the timeline can be quite long. In my case it took about three weeks, with the kist spending around two weeks in Cape Town before coming to Plettenberg Bay. This wasn’t an issue as I wasn’t in a hurry to receive it, but it was something I didn’t realise when selecting the flexible dates. That said, I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Thank you for helping us move. I can't say enough good things about Simba Power Logistics. They were friendly, caring and also did not charge us extra for an additional stop along the way. We greatly appreciate their efforts. They also pack extremely well, everything was filled from top to bottom from front to back, it was really impressive. They also took care of glass items, and ensure furniture did not get scratched.

Ndlamo and her team were extremely friendly and helpful. They took their time to pack everything and took care to ensure that everything was protected so nothing got damaged. I also really appreciated that I did not feel rushed during the process because they needed to be elsewhere. Would highly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.
