I had a great experience with Mricho. He helped me move furniture in and out of the house as well as to and from the storage facility, and handled all my furniture with great care. He was affordable, arrived on time, communicated consistently before arrival, and was very patient, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend his services.

Much appreciate the dedicated work of this excellent team – they were cheerful, careful and genuinely friendly throughout, despite having been on the road all day (and needing to return under pressure) and then having to carry the the piano via a difficult route through the garden. A stellar performance from start to finish.

The entire process took off so much stress from our move. He quoted and responded to the enquiry promptly. With all my questions and back and forth messages via the Wise Move app, he replied almost immediately and was so accommodating and friendly. He followed up with me a few days prior to the move and then reconfirmed the day before which I thought was so proactive, as usually it's the customer having to check all is still on track. He arrived on the day punctually (actually even a few minutes earlier). My sizes I gave him for the TV were incorrect but he assisted nonetheless and never complained once. There were hiccups along the way like stripped screws in the TV bracket arm, which he struggled with yet succeeded and assisted even when I told him if he couldn't I would have someone come in. Really so accommodating and didn't make you feel uncomfortable with the situation. He done extra trips than originally scheduled for, and kept in contact the entire time. They were so careful with our furniture and appliances and wrapped everything in blankets and took really great care of all of our belongings. The absolute bonus which I believe will influence future movers decision, is how he reassembles all the furniture and appliances and connects the dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, he even went as far as re setting up our patio set which is super confusing and a puzzle in itself. He did not rush to leave until he knew I was 100% satisfied and even left after hours but ensured everything was done from start to finish. I can highly recommend his moving company to anyone looking and can assure it takes so much to the pressure and stress out of a move, having these little extras done and the care received.

This was something my wife and I dreaded until Diamond Movers arrived. We organized them for 08:00 they got to our place 30min earlier, and immediately took control! They saw we will need to do more than 1 trip, seeing that it was close it was not a problem. The team took care of all our items, made sure they are all packed safely, gently wrapped all our table and special items. They are fast and effective!! The team made sure they understood exactly what we needed to pack in. And were more than helpfull with moving the items into the correct place when off loading. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a trustworthy team to make the move easier. Thank you to everyone involved. Great service.

We are very happy with how they handled the whole move. They listened to our needs, adjusted the price to fit our budget, and even came a day early to assess the furniture and plan. Despite the long trip from Johannesburg to King William’s Town, they remained professional, kind, and upbeat throughout. Highly recommended!

I cannot rate Petrus and the Wise Move team enough! I had an absolutely wonderful experience booking my car with Wise Move. From dropping it off in Cape Town to it being delivered to me in Johannesburg, the team were professional, communicative throughout the process and prompt in getting my car delivered to me on time and as promised by the team. Will definitely be using Wise Move again in the future!

I really had the most amazing moving experience with TM Movers! They know exactly what they’re doing and they are so polite! They arrived on time, treated furniture exceptionally well (not a single item broken), and they were VERY fast. We were packed and then unpacked at our new place within 5 hours! I’m Amazed!
