The team was absolutely the BEST! From the admin side, Shimona was amazing. To the gentlemen who helped us with the packing and moving, they were friendly and helpful. They were also on time, and even came before the time to help make things smooth. The admin side kept checking up to see if everything was on track and ok. Thank you so much guys! I registered on Wisemove very late - I think 4 days before I needed my whole house moved. Raph and his team responded with a fair quote within 2 minutes and we ironed everything out and scheduled it at a convenient time for me. Fast forward to the day, these guys were on time and fit everything I needed on their truck within an hour of arriving - This included a 200kg piano!! I was really happy with the quality of their work, and they were really friendly. I would 100% recommend Raph and Wisemove if you need to take some of the pain away from your move.

They were absolutely great and so accommodating throughout the entire process! I was kept in the loop at all times with clear and consistent communication, which made the whole move from Pretoria to Cape Town completely stress-free. The guys were very punctual, professional and they responded promptly. They handled my furniture with care and maintained a positive attitude throughout the whole process even though it was hot & I had asked them to come earlier than planned. Potso and the team were very friendly, and super professional. Potso had been communicating with me for key info and updates from the time I booked their service, and even checked in twice on the day itself to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with the process throughout the move. On the day, the team was on time for a very early pick up in the morning, and were super helpful!
