I was talking to Kevin, and I was told that my car will leave in the afternoon. I took it there, nothing happened. I decided to collect the car as it was just sitting there at the depot.

I can take it there tomorrow, please guys be honest and consistent, with time and communication. I’ve already lost my flight for today because my car was still here.

Now, what do I need to do to get it on the truck Monday? What time is the truck arriving? When will it arrive in Durban?

I’m now being put in a position to use my leave while I’m still in Cape Town. I should’ve been in Durban by Monday already, I would honestly request that I be discounted for these inconveniences and have to Uber from Table View to Epping to fetch the car as Kevin wasn’t picking up his phone and tell me what’s happening. Please see to it.

After investigating this matter I found the following

Nr 1 : you have not signed and returned our acceptance form.

Nr2 : You have not payed and deposit to confirm your booking .

Nr3: you were informed to bring your vehicle to our Epping depo wensday to Friday between 2 to 3 pm latest you arrived there at 4pm .

Nr4 : Our truck left the depo at 3:30pm on Friday.

Unfortunately if you don't sign our acceptance and pay a deposit we can not reserve a spot on our vehicles.

By signing our acceptance form it gives us permission to carry your vehicle, by paying a deposit it confirms the booking .

Please note

Our Depo to Depo service operates from Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
To drop of or collect a vehicle you have to be at the depo 30mins before 4pm which gives us time to check in or out the vehicle.

Our next truck leaving Cape Town to Durban will be 4 July Monday nite or Tuesday morning arrival in durban wensday 6 July 2022
