THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

The pick up was scheduled for 6pm but they only came at 10pm(not even a single apology when they arrived). I had to call and find out if they still coming, only then was I notified that they were stuck delivering somewhere and around 6:30pm they said they were only running a few minutes lates(which I knew was a lie cause he sounded like someone who forgot about me), from 9 he kept saying he is around the corner till 10pm. When I kept calling them the only thing they kept saying was they will bring more people to help me move so that it can be easier.

We got to the drop off at around 11pm. When they were moving from the pick up location I made them aware to be very careful with my TV stand as it was very expensive but guess what, when it got to the new place it was scratched and dirty(brown finger prints) as they hands were dirty ( a whole 11k white tv stand is damaged) when I showed them the scratch, I was told by Gilbert that wasn’t they fault as that looked like a water mark💔 a stand less than 3 months old.

My couch was wet and had brown stains at the back(because they would just lay it on the fall outside as they were removing the door), when I also made them aware of this I was told that “Maybe you gave us the couch wet, and the stains look like soup” everything was my fault. How could soup get to the back bottom corner of the couch?!
Boxes that were written fragile, were turned upside down (they said I was rushing them). And they proceeded to demand the full amount of the moving, after the inconvenience of making me move so late while I have work the next day.

The only time the decided to apologize was after they have recieved they money and left.

Mini Move Specialists were absolutely incredible from start to finish! Everyone we interacted with were friendly, organised, and made things run so smoothly. The guys even came early (I saw from other reviews that this happens, so I was prepared! 😆), they covered all the furniture and manoeuvred pieces through very tight corners with no hassles at all. Also went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed in the right rooms in the new house. 100% recommend. 500 stars!

Leahman and the team are great . When they came to pick up the goods , they all greeted me before proceeding. Updated us on where our load is and packed everything very well! From my side I can say what a Great team !! 💪 Well done ✅

Most professional service. We had the best experience with Savonne Movers, and Sakhadzo's team. Communication was great even before we booked with them, and the service was professional and excellent. We made a booking rather late, and they were the most helpful to accomodate our time, and even fit our budget. The manager Sakhadzo was very helpful and always ready to assist if we had any queries. He called and checked on everything before, during and after days after the move. Very grateful to Justice and the loading team, who were so professional, and efficient with the packing, unloading, and setting up appliances. Overall, the most professional service. Picking a moving company, and moving house is a stressful process, but Savonne made it so smooth. We would highly recommend Savonne. Thanks!
