    Good Day, thanks for your quote request, we would be delighted to assist you move your precious belongings. We know and understand how much they mean to you and we will do our utmost best to take extra care when handling them. We also know and understand the stresses associated with moving and our job is to minimise the stress and get you into your new home with no fuss.

    Please note that we mainly use closed trucks for long distance moves and a combination of closed and open trucks for local moves, however if we have quoted an Open truck, we do have tarpaulins to cover when there is inclement weather.

    Should you have items that you no longer need in your new home, we can assist with their disposal or if theres value in them we can either buy them or offer credit to the moving fee. (This service is currently only available in Cape Town and Johannesburg)

    Terms:

    For long distance moves, 50% deposit confirms space and booking. Balance payable on loading

    For local moves quoted under R2000, payment on completion

    We will provide the client with estimated delivery date, however these may change for earlier or later due to operational delays and so forth and we shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

    As soon as you confirm on the system, we send a formal quotation with our company details.

    For local moves, we require a 25% deposit. For provincial moves, we require a 50% deposit with the balance payable upon delivery. Proof of payment (POP) must be sent. Payment must be made immediately. If needed, we can provide the same bank as yours for faster clearance. Once our truck arrives at your property or before they finish offloading, the full balance must be paid.

    ✅ We offer free wrapping for fragile items and kitchen appliances, or we provide protective blankets for easily damaged items. If you require full packing, this is charged and includes packing materials and labour.

    We load according to what you listed on the system. If there are extras, we charge for them.

    ✅ Our team is experienced and well-trained, handling both heavy and fragile items with care.

    ✅ Fleet range: From 1-ton to 14-ton trucks, suitable for all furniture removals and logistics requirements.

    Goods in Transit Insurance: Our standard insurance covers goods only in the event of the truck being stolen, hijacked, involved in an accident, or getting burnt. If you require full comprehensive cover for all your furniture, we charge 2.5% of the declared value of your goods. For full cover, our team must do all the packing and witness the condition of the items. All big and small items will be professionally wrapped to ensure nothing is damaged.

Titan Logistics were amazing. We had multiple times that we changed the moving date, and Titan was very accomadating. Our move went with out any problems, and the team lead was in correspondence with us, letting us know where they were at all times. In South Africa, Customer service is not seen in a good light. Very seldom does one have an opportunity to really shine a light on amazing support. With Titan I want to shine a huge spotlight on them, thank you for being awesome. Looking after our furniture, wrapping them carefully and just general amazing service. Well done Titan logistics.
