They were kind but I noticed some broken goods after moving.

Response from Swift Unique Removals Thank you for your feedback, Paul. We apologise for the delay in starting your move. Our aim is always to adhere strictly to our scheduled times, but unfortunately, the previous booking affected our punctuality on that day. We understand the entire situation impacted meeting up with the agent, and we had to wait for an hour and a half, but we had to comply as it was our mistake.

Regarding the damaged items or goods, I am still unsure about what they could be, but I will make contact and find the best way to resolve the situation.

I apologise again for any inconvenience we may have caused you on the day of your move and hope to do our best in rectifying any mistakes or late arrivals in our future bookings.

The movers went the extra mile transporting the furniture into my apartment as there were a few obstacles (truck was too big to enter the parking garage and couches struggled to fit through the door) but they delivered excellent work with a smile and great professionalism.

We were established in 2005 with a small bakkie and expanded to 4 trucks and two small vans, serving the whole Western Cape province, doing furniture removals, retail deliveries, boxes to distribution centres, pallets, and any dry goods. Also, do office removals and set up offices according to the floor plan. The owner is daily involved in business activities. All vehicles are enclosed and lockable with tracking and anti-hijack systems installed. There is no such thing as a small or large job.

I will gladly recommend them. The only negative was that they did not take heed of my instructions regarding items that were NOT meant to be loaded on the truck, but this should have been supervised and double checked by the person left behind at the property, so not entirely their fault.

11/10 Stars! Nicholas, Maclaren and Mathew were a great team, they arrived at 6:45am on a Sunday ready to go! They cared for our goods and carefully packed them in to the truck, making sure they were covered and secure. They even reorganised our whole storage unit to accommodate the goods we had moved there - all with a smile on their faces. A great team thank you guys!!
