It was raining cats and dogs and the staff did a really good job and got nice extra money!
What we didn’t like: nobody came back to us. A day before our move we haven’t been contacted. So I wrote a message and asked for a call. Not necessary to talk.
After our move the owner wanted to have more money. Very unprofessionell and without any reason! He said he wants to give extra money to his staff. We don’t believe that the staff would see it!

When you confirmed the booking, I sent you a WhatsApp message to acknowledge your booking with us and asked if there is any changes let me know before the move date. 22hours before your booking time I made contact over WhatsApp although you needed a Phone Call and I was busy at a Job. When I chatted to you again and enquired about your additional items that were not packed and wrapped you were distant and uninterested and said you are in a meeting whole day.
Move day Came, It's Raining Cats and Dogs. We provided a much bigger capacity for your move because Our Crew had a booking afterwards. You took advantage of the Situation.
Loaded Garden Furniture and Tables and Boxes into our Trailer.
Misrepresentation of the details of your move because you needed a Cheap Qoute. The guys went an extra mile to make sure nothing Gets wet or damaged in the rain.
200m of Carrying goods because you never mentioned Access restrictions for your Dropoff place.
Literally all your furniture was wrapped by my team to curb for the Rains.
That was not communicated but it was the rightful thing because we want to leave everyone with a smile on their Faces but all that on our expense because we will be using time and Our resources to protect all the Goods Loaded..
From 9am - 3pm and 4 tonne provided with 4guys in the Rain and you say R1860 is expensive.
After the Job has been completed, I felt sorry for my Crew because of the mirpresantation of information on your enquiry to be Qouted.
I for sure knowing everything went well even with your Rude remarks, I asked you politely that if it's Possible from your Heart the Guys went above and beyond to make the move possible, If you could give us a little extra just to sort out the Crew, we never charged you for the Extra goods or for the resources we used or for the 200metres of walking in the Basement and navigating the place you never mentioned there is stairs.
Now you coming up with a Story as if you were charged or paid or swindled any money for the services that was provided.
