    For local moves, we require a 25% deposit. For provincial moves, we require a 50% deposit with the balance payable upon delivery. Proof of payment (POP) must be sent. Payment must be made immediately. If needed, we can provide the same bank as yours for faster clearance. Once our truck arrives at your property or before they finish offloading, the full balance must be paid.

    ✅ We offer free wrapping for fragile items and kitchen appliances, or we provide protective blankets for easily damaged items. If you require full packing, this is charged and includes packing materials and labour.

    We load according to what you listed on the system. If there are extras, we charge for them.

    ✅ Fleet range: From 1-ton to 14-ton trucks, suitable for all furniture removals and logistics requirements.

    Goods in Transit Insurance: Our standard insurance covers goods only in the event of the truck being stolen, hijacked, involved in an accident, or getting burnt. If you require full comprehensive cover for all your furniture, we charge 2.5% of the declared value of your goods. For full cover, our team must do all the packing and witness the condition of the items. All big and small items will be professionally wrapped to ensure nothing is damaged.

MT Movers are the way to go 🙌🏽 I had plans and last minute my plans didn’t work. I literally confirmed their booking midnight, when I woke up @7 I had received their WhatsApp and within an hour they were at the gate. They know what they are doing xem. I am a lady and I was worried about help but hey! MT have Very strong man, to think they headed to the new location without me and even got there 1st 🙌🏽🙌🏽. They even assisted with arranging the new place without me asking. From bedroom, couch, fridge, washing machine. Andre and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication is fantastic which is vital in making moves go smoothly for stressed out people, moving is never easy. Despite having minor damage to some items, Andre did try to load the truck and trailer to the best of his abilities and took utmost care and responsibility for everything. 11/10 for Dre Transportation!
