Effective communication with the receptionist, but service was unsatisfactory

I regret to hear that the service we provided was not satisfactory, and we would like to better understand your concerns so we can address them properly.

Regarding punctuality, we had agreed on a 10:00 arrival, we will confirm the exact time of arrival with our team. Any delays, we apologise for and aim to keep our clients informed as delays do happen.

You also mentioned professionalism. As per our understanding, our team spent the full day assisting with your move and waited patiently for the painting at your place to finish to ensure everything could be completed smoothly. Where exactly did they go wrong so that we can address it internally? Could you kindly share more details on what we could have done better or where you feel we fell short. We would truly appreciate it.

Additionally, please let us know if any items were damaged or if there were any other issues we should be aware of.

What a fantastic company! From start to finish, the service was excellent. Even though they had a delayed start due to unforeseen circumstances, they more than made up for it. When all our furniture didn’t fit into the truck, it wasn’t a problem at all—they quickly arranged a trailer, loaded everything, and got on the road. Although they missed the original delivery slot (it’s a 6-hour trip), they drove through the night to make it happen and delivered everything at 7:30 the next morning. If you’re planning a move, I highly recommend Roxy Transport.

Wilbert understood from the moment he messaged to reach out to my inquiry that moving house is never just about boxes — it’s emotional, exhausting, and often overwhelming. This team understood that on every level. From the moment they arrived, they were not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind, patient, and respectful of the process. They handled everything with care, worked seamlessly as a team, and went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful day feel calm and supported. I had a great experience with LesiaXpress. They arrived right on time on the day we had scheduled our move, even though it fell on Easter Saturday. Unfortunately, the estate I was moving from refused them access, which was completely out of their control. Despite the inconvenience, the team remained polite, understanding, and professional throughout. They then returned the following Friday, once again on time, and were just as helpful and efficient. Their patience, reliability, and positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate their service and would highly recommend LesiaXpress to anyone looking for a dependable moving company.

I am ecstatic about the service I received from MLH. Right from the start Leon's communication was immaculate and on point. Even though I said in the quote that packaging wasn't needed (since it was less than a 1-kilometer journey from pickup to drop-off) they still packaged everything nicely to prevent harm to the furniture at no extra cost. The icing on the cake was that he sent 2 extra workers to help since they were available and completed the entire move in no time at all. I am extremely pleased with the service and cost of the move. Anyone planning to move should give MLH a call and get the best service and care for their belongings.
