Your vehicle will travel as a secondary booking alongside an existing confirmed transport route. As the primary client is already covering the majority of the trip costs, your contribution is based on the estimated or actual additional costs incurred for transporting your vehicle.

Please note that collection and delivery dates under this option are not fixed and may be adjusted to align with the primary transport schedule.

Please note that full payment is required in advance to secure and confirm your booking. Collection and delivery dates can only be confirmed once payment has been received and reflected in our account.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Driver & Vehicle Availability
All bookings are subject to the availability of drivers, transport vehicles, trailers, and support personnel at the time of confirmation. As availability can change regularly, early confirmation is recommended.

• Payment & Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Any collection or delivery dates provided prior to payment should be regarded as provisional.

• Fuel Price Adjustments
Quoted rates are based on prevailing diesel prices at the time of quotation. In the event of a substantial increase in fuel costs before collection, we reserve the right to adjust the quotation accordingly.

• Trailer & Equipment Availability
Trailer and equipment allocation is subject to availability. Where the requested equipment is unavailable, we will provide the most suitable alternative and advise you accordingly.

• Delays & Transit Times
Estimated collection and delivery dates are provided in good faith. Adverse weather conditions, road closures, traffic incidents, mechanical breakdowns, border delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect transit schedules. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

• Vehicle Condition & Loading Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the vehicle must be in a condition that allows it to be safely loaded, unloaded, and transported. Additional costs may apply if special equipment, recovery services, or delays are required due to the vehicle's condition.

• Personal Effects
Unless specifically agreed beforehand, quotations do not include the transport of personal belongings inside the vehicle. Any approved personal items remain the owner's responsibility and must be declared prior to collection.

• Insurance
Reasonable care will be taken throughout the transport process. Any insurance requirements outside of our standard cover should be requested prior to confirming the booking.
