It is not clear if the company has a secure, safe depot in Cape Town. My car was left overnight at an open lot behind a factory, where I could track it on the luggage tag attached to the keyring. I have given them an opportunity to explain the handover of keys and the totally inadequate delivery/depot area, but I have heard nothing directly from PQX. Wise Move has been in communication via email.

Im not sure why you behave in this manner of trying to bad mouth us after we gave you one of the best services
We have our conversation with you directly on WhatsApp from the time we sent you a written quotation to the time your vehicle was loaded on our carrier , pictures were even sent you on WhatsApp showing your vehicle on our truck and we even answered your call after hours giving u an update that the truck is passing colesburg.
Firstly you have chosen a door to door service meaning we collect from your home in Gauteng and deliver to your home in cape town , im not sure why you constantly talking about a depo as per the wise move booking you gave us a delivery address were you wanted your vehicle to be delivered to .
The truck arrived in cape town at 2.35am yes the driver parked in an industrial area waiting to start offloading from 8am .
You called the driver and told him our truck can not enter your area as you think its to big and you asked him for the pin location and you said to our driver you will collect your vehicle from the truck directly .
From our tracker records we seen the truck move to 222 main road plumstead were your vehicle was handed over to you in the same good condition we received it from gauteng.
Please go back to your booking on Wise Move and see you have accepted a door to door service and not a depo collection and to your WhatsApp messages were you have been communicating with our salesperson until your vehicle was loaded on our truck .
Lastly you have not contacted us to let us know you had a bad experience collecting your vehicle you contacted wise move , and yes we explained everything to them and they said they will contact you which im.sure they did .
