Absolutely disgraceful. I am disgusted at the professionalism and packing skills they had.
Most of my valuables were broken and damaged - even after advising them how to pack. I watched my R4,000 vacuum roll off their truck, if I hadn't hooted to stop the driver, he wouldn't have known as their music was blaring. I sent a message to the owner of GIGANTUS LOGISTICS and he gave me the most insincere response. As if it were an automated response. I am deeply saddened that I went with these movers. I should have just gone with someone off Facebook or movers around Builderswarwhouse. I had the worst experience both with them packing and unpacking. And they just dumped my furniture anywhere they could find a spot. They weren't bothered, nor did they arrive punctually, despite my efforts to send them directions and a pinned location. Poor service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER!

Absolutely brilliant service provided by Liberty and his team. Arrived early in an enclosed vehicle. Kind and polite. Very careful and caring with my furniture. Packed everything like building a puzzle. All done in 2.5 hours. Very happy. Made the move a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

The entire process took off so much stress from our move. He quoted and responded to the enquiry promptly. With all my questions and back and forth messages via the Wise Move app, he replied almost immediately and was so accommodating and friendly. He followed up with me a few days prior to the move and then reconfirmed the day before which I thought was so proactive, as usually it's the customer having to check all is still on track. He arrived on the day punctually (actually even a few minutes earlier). My sizes I gave him for the TV were incorrect but he assisted nonetheless and never complained once. There were hiccups along the way like stripped screws in the TV bracket arm, which he struggled with yet succeeded and assisted even when I told him if he couldn't I would have someone come in. Really so accommodating and didn't make you feel uncomfortable with the situation. He done extra trips than originally scheduled for, and kept in contact the entire time. They were so careful with our furniture and appliances and wrapped everything in blankets and took really great care of all of our belongings. The absolute bonus which I believe will influence future movers decision, is how he reassembles all the furniture and appliances and connects the dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, he even went as far as re setting up our patio set which is super confusing and a puzzle in itself. He did not rush to leave until he knew I was 100% satisfied and even left after hours but ensured everything was done from start to finish. I can highly recommend his moving company to anyone looking and can assure it takes so much to the pressure and stress out of a move, having these little extras done and the care received.

This was something my wife and I dreaded until Diamond Movers arrived. We organized them for 08:00 they got to our place 30min earlier, and immediately took control! They saw we will need to do more than 1 trip, seeing that it was close it was not a problem. The team took care of all our items, made sure they are all packed safely, gently wrapped all our table and special items. They are fast and effective!! The team made sure they understood exactly what we needed to pack in. And were more than helpfull with moving the items into the correct place when off loading. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a trustworthy team to make the move easier. Thank you to everyone involved. Great service.
