Absolutely disgraceful. I am disgusted at the professionalism and packing skills they had.
Most of my valuables were broken and damaged - even after advising them how to pack. I watched my R4,000 vacuum roll off their truck, if I hadn't hooted to stop the driver, he wouldn't have known as their music was blaring. I sent a message to the owner of GIGANTUS LOGISTICS and he gave me the most insincere response. As if it were an automated response. I am deeply saddened that I went with these movers. I should have just gone with someone off Facebook or movers around Builderswarwhouse. I had the worst experience both with them packing and unpacking. And they just dumped my furniture anywhere they could find a spot. They weren't bothered, nor did they arrive punctually, despite my efforts to send them directions and a pinned location. Poor service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER!

My move with MLH Transport went very well. Communication from the start was great and the pricing was also very good. The moving team arrived promptly on time and they took great care to wrap everything properly and communicated with us along the way. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Prompt, quick, professional and careful. Great team. They had an issue with their truck, but made a plan with two bakkies and a big covered trailer, and all went off without delay or problems. Furniture was wrapped and packed carefully. Highly recommended.

Keith and his crew have been nothing but helpful. We weren't able to move in over the weekend, and couldn't make arrangements for our stuff to be put in storage. Keith took it on himself to arrange for storage, and constantly kept us in the loop. Absolutely great service.
