The two movers who assisted with my relocation were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They handled the process with care and a positive attitude. However, there were a few challenges that affected the overall experience. The moving truck provided was not large enough to accommodate all the furniture and plants, despite clear photos being shared in advance — which resulted in two trips being necessary. Additionally, while the move was scheduled for 10:00 AM, the team only arrived at 11:30 AM.

Would not recommend. They cancelled my delivery by 3 days because they didn’t plan a return trip, poor planning on their side. Then further continued to outsource my delivery with Set Time Removals, which has poor ratings if you search them on Facebook with multiple complaints, which did not service their truck before the 1500km trip and was stuck in the Karoo’s for 6 days. Poor communication, never sent me their live location, barely updated me on their progress. I thought my goods had been stolen. I was so close to opening a Police Report and Case. Reconsider before you book with them.

I would not recommend this company. They arrived almost three hours late without any prior notice, which was incredibly frustrating. The entire experience was disorganized, and unfortunately, they also broke a few of my belongings during the move. Overall, very disappointing service — I suggest looking elsewhere.

I asked for this today, in the morning, expecting it to be delivered next week. When they said they're picking up today, I was so impressed, I didn't even see the part that said it would be delivered same day! I'm looking at my bike in disbelief, thinking it was the most affordable quote I got, and it was handled well! My experience with Banolila Logistics was unfortunately stressful. Within the first 10 minutes of the move, my wooden blinds were damaged due to carelessness while moving a queen-size bed. Rather than taking responsibility, the team blamed me and refused to continue the job, which was incredibly distressing given that the new buyers were moving in the next day. After my neighbor intervened and contacted the owner of Banolila Logistics, they eventually agreed to proceed. The rest of the day felt a bit tense, as if I had to walk on eggshells. There were only three movers, and unfortunately, one of them smelled strongly of alcohol, which was quite unprofessional. On the positive side, despite the rocky start and uncomfortable atmosphere, they did manage to complete the move in a professional manner without causing any further damage. However, it’s not an experience I would want to repeat, but grateful that the move was done!

We used Allan and his team to get a car from Joburg to Plett and then back again 2 months later. Every experience was thoroughly professional. The car was secured very well to the trailer and great care was taken duing loading and unloading. I highly recommend this company and I will have no hesitation in future to use their transport services again. This is a family-owned and run business and you can see and feel the difference.

Brian and Gilbert were amazing. Arrived a bit early and were so helpful in covering certain pieces of furniture. It was raining and they were so concerned, took so much care packing, covering, securing and tying everything securely. They off loaded in the same careful manner and by now it was raining quite hard. They were so pleasant, cheerful and friendly. Very good experience all round. Thank you Brian, Gilbert and Wise Moves.
