Absolutely outstanding service from this team! From start to finish, their professionalism was top-tier. Communication was clear and consistent, and they handled everything with care and efficiency. They were also incredibly patient when we had a slight admin delay at the gate — no complaints, just solutions. They truly went above and beyond to make the move smooth and stress-free. When people tell you that moving house is a stressful thing, they are not kidding. Besides the actual packing, there is the challenge of entrusting all your belongings to a stranger and asking them to move your goods for you. I can honestly say that my mind was put at rest with Andre and his team from Dre's Transport. They are consummate professionals. Andre's communication from my initial enquiry on the Wise Move platform right through to move day was impeccable. He constantly reassured me that all would be fine and that everything was taken care of. Andre definitely lived up to all expectation. He arrived exactly on time and got stuck into the job at hand. He also isn't the guy that just directs his team. He personally gets involved with the work. We also had the great pleasure of a visit during the move by the CEO of Wise Move, Chante Venter, who popped in to say Hi. It certainly goes without saying that I highly recommend Andre and his team. They took so much of the stress away and I am extremely grateful to them. If I decide at some point to move again, there is only one guy I am going to reach out to on the Wise Move site. Thank you Andre and Wise Move.
