Would not recommend. They cancelled my delivery by 3 days because they didn’t plan a return trip, poor planning on their side. Then further continued to outsource my delivery with Set Time Removals, which has poor ratings if you search them on Facebook with multiple complaints, which did not service their truck before the 1500km trip and was stuck in the Karoo’s for 6 days. Poor communication, never sent me their live location, barely updated me on their progress. I thought my goods had been stolen. I was so close to opening a Police Report and Case. Reconsider before you book with them.

Response from VXMovers Hi Martin, thank you for the review. This was a very traumatic experience for you as well as I. I wouldn’t want to go through it again with anyone else. Our return trip from Cape Town cancelled last minute and I tried to solve the problem by outsourcing the work which was a terrible mistake as the company had a breakdown on the way and were very poor in communicating timelines. In hindsight I should have cancelled the move the moment I realised it would not be possible on my end. I apologise to you and the frustration caused.
