    To secure your booking, a non-refundable 35% confirmation fee is required upon acceptance of the quotation. Please note that payment of this deposit must be made within 24 hours of accepting the quotation. This fee will be deducted from your total delivery cost, which includes:

    - Professional wrapping services for fragile items such as TVs and glass-top tables
    - Secure loading and watertight tarp sealing of all items on our trucks and trailers to prevent weather exposure
    - Proper strapping of all cargo to ensure safe transportation

    The remaining balance is due according to our agreed payment terms (either before or upon completion of the service). Please be advised that failure to pay the confirmation fee within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.
