Mission trailer

Barbeque Downs, Midrand

Rock Steady transported a camping trailer for us from Midrand to Cape Town. What gained my trust is that Petrus always answered my calls and also that the communication online was good. Even though they took a bit longer than arranged on the day to collect, the trailer arrived a bit earlier than expected, so that was quite pleasant. I will definitely use Rock Steady again.

A huge thank you to GJ Towing Services for once again providing us with outstanding service. They transported our car from East London to Pretoria, kept us informed throughout the journey, and provided regular updates that gave us complete peace of mind knowing our vehicle was in good hands. What makes this experience even more special is that we had used GJ Towing Services before. When we needed another vehicle transported, we went back to the website, loaded our request and received different options. But having experienced their service before, choosing GJ Towing Services again was simply irresistible. We knew the standard of service we could expect, and once again, they delivered exactly what we were looking for. Professional, reliable, trustworthy, affordable and excellent at what they do. Good service brings customers once, but exceptional service brings them back, and that is exactly what GJ Towing Services has done with us. We will certainly use them again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Christo from CC is an absolute pleasure to deal with, even compared to a 5 start first world country, let alone SA where so many operators in every single industry are way below par. He arranged to collect our Mercedes at 10.20 am in Hermanus and was there 5 minutes early. It was not urgent as in required the same day, but a cautious decision based on feedback on potential engine damage while rented out, unfortunately to the wrong client profile. He kept in constant contact and delivered her safely to Hout Bay - at less than half the price the ripoff tow truck operators quoted and while not cutting back on service but as noted, far better than we have ever experienced in twenty years at the hands of the monopoly towtruck operators who capitalise on the urgency clients normally require. Small in his case means personal service, not limited service but enhanced. Thank you Christo, now we know why you have the 5 star ratings you do.
