Unfortunately staff arrived late. Not very good with navigating GPS. Truck was small despite pictures and inventory done prior to move. All furniture not covered. Lounge suite damaged and got dirty from being dragged in the truck. Damage to dressing table. Ive had to make many trips to move the boxes myself, my tv etc. They got lost again from my current location and only arrived at 20h00 to the new location. It was the most frustrating move. Despite the awful experience there was one gentleman who remained polite , professional and tried his best to assist.

Thank you for your feedback, Farzana, on GPS. The driver used the old address, Falcon Crest, 99 Jagluiperd Street, instead of the new updated address, 738 Tetra Avenue, Norelata Park. We hope to improve ourselves if given another chance.
Regarding load capacity, I brought a 4-tonne truck. Unfortunately, your property didn't fit, and there was an option to return for a second load, as I had communicated to the driver. I'm also sorry to hear some items were damaged during your move. We have sent you a message to get more information to finalise your claim.
