I needed a single couch transported from George to Centurion, so was looking for a load-share mover. Crispen gave a competitive quote, and I accepted it; he also allowed the option to pay on delivery, which I very much preferred. He picked up the couch less than a week later and delivered it to me 4 days after that. Throughout the process he kept me informed, even calling me on a Sunday with an update. The couch was delivered intact. Zero complaints from me - very much recommend them.

This was the best service I have received in a long time. They came to see what they would be moving a day before, which was new to me. They then made sure to come with the right equipment to disassemble and assemble at the final destination. The team took care of my furniture, which did not have a single scratch or bump. I hate moving because your furniture just ages in one move. They wrapped the furniture and took care of everything. I will be using them again on my last move in the next two years, LOL. Thank you guys and your team, keep doing the best!

After booking I never received a call to confirm booking. I had to call and received verbal confirmation. I had to call again the day before the move and then only received a booking form and document to complete. I did an EFT for 50% and sent POP. On the day of the move I got questioned about money not clearing on time like I own the banking system. If I received docs earlier in the week, there would not have been an issue. I had to draw cash at ATM for balance. Their truck broke down and they came with an bakkie with only 2 staff to load. I had to assist with the carrying and loading. Not a good experience.

Great service. Incredibly good (& fast) packers and unpackers: I was expecting 4+ hours for the move and Unique's team was able to do it in 1 hour 30 min. Great communication from Unique through out the process. And the team was wonderfully cheerful and helpful on the day (despite some tricky maneuvering required because of the narrow stair cases).
