My experience with Banolila Logistics was unfortunately stressful. Within the first 10 minutes of the move, my wooden blinds were damaged due to carelessness while moving a queen-size bed. Rather than taking responsibility, the team blamed me and refused to continue the job, which was incredibly distressing given that the new buyers were moving in the next day. After my neighbor intervened and contacted the owner of Banolila Logistics, they eventually agreed to proceed. The rest of the day felt a bit tense, as if I had to walk on eggshells. There were only three movers, and unfortunately, one of them smelled strongly of alcohol, which was quite unprofessional. On the positive side, despite the rocky start and uncomfortable atmosphere, they did manage to complete the move in a professional manner without causing any further damage. However, it’s not an experience I would want to repeat, but grateful that the move was done!

We used Allan and his team to get a car from Joburg to Plett and then back again 2 months later. Every experience was thoroughly professional. The car was secured very well to the trailer and great care was taken duing loading and unloading. I highly recommend this company and I will have no hesitation in future to use their transport services again. This is a family-owned and run business and you can see and feel the difference.

Brian and Gilbert were amazing. Arrived a bit early and were so helpful in covering certain pieces of furniture. It was raining and they were so concerned, took so much care packing, covering, securing and tying everything securely. They were running late but they did let me know beforehand. Their packing was immaculate and they were accommodating on that front. I booked the flexible booking thingie set between Monday and Saturday, they called same day and asked to collect and deliver that night. I appreciated that effort mind you I was moving from Soweto, a different carrier said they dont operate this side so kudos. Just want to say tho... undercutting the competition (price wise) is crazy but worked out for me. 😅

They did arrive about 3 hours late - they claimed to have issues during the day. I did have trouble with them communicating when they were delayed. But they handled the items with care. we can report no damage. They provided extra hands to make up for the lost time. We packed the boxes and protected the surfaces of our house items but they ensured that there was no damage to either of the properties or the vegetation. Overall it was a smooth move, and they worked hard to get the items to the final destination. The prices are very competitive, but they should ensure that they work on their communication and punctually, but this is something that can easily be remedied and I'm sure will be sorted in future jobs. I would recommend them for your next move.

It was not quite what I expected but the two guys worked very hard and packed strategically. The only thing I can complain about it some items were a little damaged and the drop off was very chaotic. I unfortunately had car problems and arrived a day later than the truck. Things looked like they were just thrown down. For example couches were on top of boxes marked fragile glass. I do understand that I was not there to direct them how to pack but I feel that they could have done better especially not packing things on top of boxes that was marked as fragile. Instead of an apology I got blame from the manager or spokesman when I complained about it. So I scored low on professionalism. Learn to take accountability. I didn't expect a refund just an apology and to hear that you will learn from this and attemt to do better.
