Excellent service from Pritrans. We used them to transport training chairs and were very happy with the service we received. Priven communicated well throughout, was prompt in providing an invoice, and managed to accommodate our delivery within the same week of making the booking. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I would definitely use Pritrans again and are happy to recommend them!

Barry kept me updated all the way and delivered my oven in perfect condition

I was looking for a moving company to transport an office desk within Constantia and stumbled across Wilbert and his team. I was absolutely blown away by their speedy communication, professionalism, friendliness and how smooth the whole process was. My desk arrived wrapped and well protected — not a mark on it! On average, movers service in South Africa for a 3-bedroom house move costs between R2,000 and R6,000 for a local move and R8,000-R20,000 for a longer distance. The cost depends on the size of your home, the amount of furniture you have, and the distance you are moving.

How far in advance should I book a mover in South Africa?

We encourage booking as early as possible. This is for you to reserve a space ahead of time, giving you peace of mind. Movers tend to get booked out fast, so the closer you get to your moving dates, the less space there will be available. Booking in advance helps you hold the price and avoid any future price increases too.

I only have a small item/s to move. Do you have a minimum cost for moving?

There is no minimum cost to move items. Our movers quote will be based on the item size/weight, distance from the collection to the delivery destination, and the transport providers proximity to the desired location.
