As soon as you confirm on the system, we send a formal quotation with our company details.

For local moves, we require a 25% deposit. For provincial moves, we require a 50% deposit with the balance payable upon delivery. Proof of payment (POP) must be sent. Payment must be made immediately. If needed, we can provide the same bank as yours for faster clearance. Once our truck arrives at your property or before they finish offloading, the full balance must be paid.

For full cover, our team must do all the packing and witness the condition of the items. All big and small items will be professionally wrapped to ensure nothing is damaged.

The team at Diamond Movers, led by Alfred, was very professional, friendly and efficient throughout the move. They handled everything with care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Theresa’s communication was also very good and kept us well informed. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Diamond Movers.
