Within just 45 minutes of accepting the online quote, he arrived at my home, collected the item, and delivered it promptly. Throughout the process, Clinton kept me updated, which gave me complete peace of mind. He even arrived 25 minutes earlier than our agreed time after I mentioned that the sooner the better suited me perfectly. Really great experience overall! Communication was excellent - they were always responsive when I messaged, and their pricing was very reasonable. My kist arrived safely and was clearly handled with care. The only thing to be aware of is that if you select flexible pickup and flexible delivery, the timeline can be quite long. In my case it took about three weeks, with the kist spending around two weeks in Cape Town before coming to Plettenberg Bay. This wasn’t an issue as I wasn’t in a hurry to receive it, but it was something I didn’t realise when selecting the flexible dates. That said, I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.
