    Please read our conditions carefully before accepting on the system.

    As soon as you confirm on the system, we send a formal quotation with our company details.

    For provincial moves, we require a 50% deposit with the balance payable upon delivery. Proof of payment (POP) must be sent. Payment must be made immediately. If needed, we can provide the same bank as yours for faster clearance. Once our truck arrives at your property, the full balance must be paid.

    This price is for Shared Load Service. Delivery takes overnight or 2 to 7 days depending on the route we are going to take.

    If you require a dedicated transport service, we do offer it at a charge. It takes 25 to 30 hours to deliver. After we load your goods, we go straight to your destination. We will wrap fragile items and kitchen appliances. We also provide blankets for the protection of easily damaged items. If you require full packaging, we charge and supply packing materials and labour.

    We load according to what you listed on the system. If there are extras, we charge for them.

    ✅ Our team is experienced and well-trained, handling both heavy and fragile items with care.

    ✅ Fleet range: From 1-ton to 14-ton trucks, suitable for all furniture removals and logistics requirements.

    Goods in Transit Insurance: Our standard insurance covers goods only in the event of the truck being stolen, hijacked, involved in an accident, or getting burnt. If you require full comprehensive cover for all your furniture, we charge 2.5% of the declared value of your goods. For full cover, our team must do all the packing and witness the condition of the items. All big and small items will be professionally wrapped to ensure nothing is damaged.

My husband, 5 cats + 3 dogs arrived safely in Hopetown yesterday after a 600km move from Port Elizabeth. I came to Wise Move last minute with a tight budget and 8 pets. I was worried no one would take the job. Jodi from Wise Move personally assisted me. She listened to my situation and connected me with Gauteng Delivery - Robert, Thina + Bawi. Gauteng Delivery arrived early, helped with wrapping, and transported all 8 pets safely. They delivered exactly what Jodi and Wise Move promised. Jodi and the Wise Move team went beyond just finding me quotes. They found me the right team when others said no to pets and budget constraints. 5 stars is not enough to rate this company. Sheraldean commandeered our mini move as smoothly as a knife through butter. She's so pleasant to communicate with and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Also thank you to Watson and team, who, according to my son, are such nice guys and so professional.
