    To secure your booking, a non-refundable 35% confirmation fee is required upon acceptance of the quotation. Please note that payment of this deposit must be made within 24 hours of accepting the quotation. This fee will be deducted from your total delivery cost, which includes:

    - Professional wrapping services for fragile items such as TVs and glass-top tables
    - Secure loading and watertight tarp sealing of all items on our trucks and trailers to prevent weather exposure
    - Proper strapping of all cargo to ensure safe transportation

    The remaining balance is due according to our agreed payment terms (either before or upon completion of the service). Please be advised that failure to pay the confirmation fee within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Very pleasant driver by the name of Siya. He came with his helper. Professional, courteous and efficient. He managed to easily get his vehicle with a trailer down our narrow driveway. Loaded everything smoothly and made sure to secure everything with rope before leaving. On arrival we had much of the same experience. Highly recommend!

5 stars! Super fast delivery and great customer service. My package arrived earlier than expected and the driver was really friendly and professional. What I love most is how they follow up and keep you updated every step of the way. Excellent communicators and they handle everything with care. Will definitely use them again. Mind you I was not there to do the packing myself they did everything.
