Price was changed after first delivery and movers started displaying very unprofessional behaviours and started treating my boxes with no care and damaged a lot of them and even packed crudely and damaged my walls by banging furnitures against wall edges. I would strongly advice future potential clients to ready my experience and not use them
Response from A2B Removals
Hi Jossys, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with aspects of your move, particularly the concerns you’ve raised regarding the handling of your boxes and damage to your walls.
The final price was higher than the original quote because the actual volume of goods required multiple loads, which was discussed during the move and the team had to work late into the night to complete the move. However, we understand that any change to the agreed price can be frustrating, and clear communication around this is important.
We also take concerns about the handling of belongings and potential property damage seriously. We would be happy to review the matter further with you, so we will reach out to address the issues you have raised.
We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
