Extremely unprofessional company who treated the customer like a criminal. They refused to leave my house until the money reflected in their account. I sent them pop but that was not good enough. Lack of trust in the customer. They harrassed the recipients. They caused a scene where the neighbour's called security. Please consider ditching this company as they are embarrassing your company.

When we got to your house in Ballito, you mentioned you were attending a meeting and would pay afterwards. We offloaded your couches and waited for you to finish your meeting so you could pay us. We took the risk and collected your belongings without a deposit. You said as soon as the truck arrived, you would pay, but when we got there and finished offloading, the payment was not made. It would have been easier if we had received the deposit to understand and trust that you would pay.
We apologise for instructing our team to wait for you to finish your meeting before you paid us. We did not want to disturb you, and the better option was to wait until you finished the meeting.
