Please read our conditions carefully before accepting on the system.

As soon as you confirm on the system, we send a formal quotation with our company details.

For local moves, we require a 25% deposit. For provincial moves, we require a 50% deposit with the balance payable upon delivery. Proof of payment (POP) must be sent. Payment must be made immediately. If needed, we can provide the same bank as yours for faster clearance. Once our truck arrives at your property or before they finish offloading, the full balance must be paid.

✅ We offer free wrapping for fragile items and kitchen appliances and free bed covers and couch covers, and we provide protective blankets for easily damaged items. If you require full packing, this is charged and includes packing materials and labour.

We load according to what you listed on the system. If there are extras, we charge for them.

✅ Our team is experienced and well-trained, handling both heavy and fragile items with care.

✅ Fleet range: From 1-ton to 14-ton trucks, suitable for all furniture removals and logistics requirements.

Goods in Transit Insurance: Our standard insurance covers goods only in the event of the truck being stolen, hijacked, involved in an accident, or getting burnt. If you require full comprehensive cover for all your furniture, we charge 2.5% of the declared value of your goods. For full cover, our team must do all the packing and witness the condition of the items. All big and small items will be professionally wrapped to ensure nothing is damaged.
