Terrible experience, I would not recommend it even for my enemy. The driver was the one calling shots, he arrived late , with one person short from what I have requested. They started loading the truck very slow. Then he got to my L couch, they were struggling to take it out of the door. He told me it is not their job to disemble the couch and he needs to go to the next appointment that he is late of. The other guys were trying different angles to take the couch out, he started scolding them that they must leave my things behind and go to the next client. They did not stop trying and eventually the couch was out. He cane back and said that the bed of the other bedroom is not on the list and wanted to leave it behind, We asked him to take it and he can amend the quote and charge us, he said he is calling his boss, then he came back and said its R1300 but i must only transfer the R500 to the account of the business and give him R800 cash.
If this company continues using that driver, clients are in for a lot of suprise and disappointment.

Thank you for your feedback, Tumi. We apologise for the delay in starting your move. Our aim is always to adhere strictly to scheduled times, but unfortunately, the location on GPS was lost and affected our punctuality on that day. We're implementing new strategies to improve arrival times and prevent this in the future.
Bringing your concerns to our attention is important to us, and it's disappointing to learn that our service did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the courtesy and efficiency of our team. We take your feedback seriously and will address this with our team to ensure better service in the future. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you.
