    Good Day, thanks for your quote request, we would be delighted to assist you move your precious belongings. We know and understand how much they mean to you and we will do our utmost best to take extra care when handling them. We also know and understand the stresses associated with moving and our job is to minimise the stress and get you into your new home with no fuss.

    Please note that we mainly use closed trucks for long distance moves and a combination of closed and open trucks for local moves, however if we have quoted an Open truck, we do have tarpaulins to cover when there is inclement weather.

    Should you have items that you no longer need in your new home, we can assist with their disposal or if theres value in them we can either buy them or offer credit to the moving fee. (This service is currently only available in Cape Town and Johannesburg)

    Labour to load and offload
    Blanket service to protect
    Goods In Transit of up to R250k for partial and complete loss

    Excluded
    Bubble Wrapping of Items ( R85 per item)
    Storage at the request of the client
    Additional Items not listed above
    Tricky/Difficult access from vehicle to Building
    Disassembling and reassembly of items for transportation
    Delays as a result of client issues, including but not limited to, Large items not fitting through, removal and refitting of doors, Hoisting of furniture and other client related difficulties.
    Additional drop/off pick up points

    Terms:

    For long distance moves, 50% deposit confirms space and booking. Balance payable on loading

    For local moves quoted under R2000, payment on completion

    We will provide the client with estimated delivery date, however these may change for earlier or later due to operational delays and so forth and we shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

What a fantastic company! From start to finish, the service was excellent. Even though they had a delayed start due to unforeseen circumstances, they more than made up for it. When all our furniture didn’t fit into the truck, it wasn’t a problem at all—they quickly arranged a trailer, loaded everything, and got on the road. Although they missed the original delivery slot (it’s a 6-hour trip), they drove through the night to make it happen and delivered everything at 7:30 the next morning. If you’re planning a move, I highly recommend Roxy Transport.

I had a great experience with LesiaXpress. They arrived right on time on the day we had scheduled our move, even though it fell on Easter Saturday. Unfortunately, the estate I was moving from refused them access, which was completely out of their control. Despite the inconvenience, the team remained polite, understanding, and professional throughout. They then returned the following Friday, once again on time, and were just as helpful and efficient. I am ecstatic about the service I received from MLH. Right from the start Leon's communication was immaculate and on point. Even though I said in the quote that packaging wasn't needed (since it was less than a 1-kilometer journey from pickup to drop-off) they still packaged everything nicely to prevent harm to the furniture at no extra cost. The icing on the cake was that he sent 2 extra workers to help since they were available and completed the entire move in no time at all. I am extremely pleased with the service and cost of the move. Anyone planning to move should give MLH a call and get the best service and care for their belongings.
