The two movers who assisted with my relocation were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They handled the process with care and a positive attitude. However, there were a few challenges that affected the overall experience. The moving truck provided was not large enough to accommodate all the furniture and plants, despite clear photos being shared in advance — which resulted in two trips being necessary. Additionally, while the move was scheduled for 10:00 AM, the team only arrived at 11:30 AM.

I asked for this today, in the morning, expecting it to be delivered next week. When they said they're picking up today, I was so impressed, I didn't even see the part that said it would be delivered same day! I'm looking at my bike in disbelief, thinking it was the most affordable quote I got, and it was handled well! They had a whole ramp and everything, and even waited as I expedited the payment because I was in shock of the whole thing! Marthinus, Roy and Mandy, thank you all so much. I'm literally beaming!!

I don't often meet service delivered like they did it was just smooth ..with ease...gave me peace of mind admist the stress I was having...I would recommend them a million times over. I am also not one to comment on social media or digital platforms but it would've been an injustice not to... thanks a lot diamond movers... *they care* *they cared*

I recently used Brian Removals & Moving Service for a local move within Cape Town, and they exceeded my expectations They were professional, efficient, and handled all of my fragile items with care. We used Allan and his team to get a car from Joburg to Plett and then back again 2 months later. Every experience was thoroughly professional. The car was secured very well to the trailer and great care was taken duing loading and unloading. I highly recommend this company and I will have no hesitation in future to use their transport services again. This is a family-owned and run business and you can see and feel the difference.

Brian and Gilbert were amazing. Arrived a bit early and were so helpful in covering certain pieces of furniture. It was raining and they were so concerned, took so much care packing, covering, securing and tying everything securely. They off loaded in the same careful manner and by now it was raining quite hard. They were so pleasant, cheerful and friendly. Very good experience all round. Thank you Brian, Gilbert and Wise Moves. I highly recommend you all.

They were running late but they did let me know beforehand. Their packing was immaculate and they were accommodating on that front. I booked the flexible booking thingie set between Monday and Saturday, they called same day and asked to collect and deliver that night. I appreciated that effort mind you I was moving from Soweto, a different carrier said they dont operate this side so kudos. Just want to say tho... undercutting the competition (price wise) is crazy but worked out for me. 😅
