Wow. Tawanda was amazing. He took such care of the antiques and was highly respectful to the elderly woman to whom they used to belong. The items were of high sentimental value. On average, movers service in South Africa for a 3-bedroom house move costs between R2,000 and R6,000 for a local move and R8,000-R20,000 for a longer distance. The cost depends on the size of your home, the amount of furniture you have, and the distance you are moving.

How far in advance should I book a mover in South Africa?

We encourage booking as early as possible. This is for you to reserve a space ahead of time, giving you peace of mind. Movers tend to get booked out fast, so the closer you get to your moving dates, the less space there will be available. Booking in advance helps you hold the price and avoid any future price increases too.

I only have a small item/s to move. Do you have a minimum cost for moving?

There is no minimum cost to move items. Our movers quote will be based on the item size/weight, distance from the collection to the delivery destination, and the transport providers proximity to the desired location.
