Our apologies. It is disappointing to learn that our service did not meet your expectations for your move, especially regarding the courtesy and efficiency of our team. We take your feedback seriously and will address this with our team to ensure better service in the future.
Unfortunately, due to your volume doubling from what you originally listed, as advised, we had to load your goods onto the second vehicle leaving Cape Town, as they would not fit into the initially planned truck due to the increase in volume.
