I am not impressed with this company and will never use them again, my fridge was scratched (of which they proceeded to argue with me saying it was already scratched, yet I had checked everything that morning prior to them arriving), We needed to be done by 10h00 instead 11h00 is when they finished. this timelines were confirmed three times with the company and my fan was broken. no accountability has been taken furthermore, upon payment I was told I need to do an immediate payment to Capitec which would have cost me an additional R40.00 for it to be an immediate payment. I refused and educated the amount from what was due. This was not told to me prior but on the day, had I known, I would have ensured that there was funds in my Capitec account and wouldn't have had to use my FNB account.
