The guys broke my slow cooker and damaged the gate at my complex. Nokuthula claims that her guys didn’t see any damage on the trailer. She was meant to get back to me and hasn’t. Wouldn’t recommend.
Response from Xcrossing Lines Transport
We apologise for crossing lines with Leebo. As we all know, in business, the client is always right. Our staff provided excellent service, and the client tipped them with R600.
Two weeks later, she called to complain about a damaged gate. We requested pictures, but to this day, you haven't provided them. You sent footage since the complex has cameras, and the security officer by the gate confirmed that the truck and trailer did not bump the gate. I wish there were options to upload the footage on this platform.
In cases like this, the security officer wouldn't allow the guys to leave the complex without resolving the matter.
The team informed me about the slow cooker. It fell inside the storage while everyone was outside with the client. She said it is not their fault that the moving company she used when moving into the storage did not pack it well. We are prepared to settle the issue. Please schedule a time for us to meet with the owner of the complex, the security guard, and the on-duty caretaker. We would also appreciate photos of the gate when it was damaged.
