We would also like to provide additional context regarding the delay mentioned. When this booking was arranged, we made every effort to accommodate your budget despite the long distance involved and the fact that other service providers had quoted significantly higher rates for the same job. Our intention was to assist you while still delivering a professional service.

Unfortunately, on the morning of the move we experienced an unexpected mechanical issue with the trailer while en route. As soon as the issue occurred, we communicated with you and shared pictures so that you could clearly see the cause of the delay. We believe in maintaining transparency with our clients and keeping them informed throughout the process, which is why we ensured you were updated as the situation developed.

While we understand that the waiting time was frustrating, the circumstances were unforeseen and beyond our control. Our priority in such situations is always safety — both for your belongings and for our team — rather than rushing and risking damage.
