Hi Awande, Im sorry you think our service is bad but Im not sure why, because we had agreed to collect your goods on the 26th April and we did collect and were delivered on the 3rd May, which is within the 7 days we stipulate as the delivery date. The goods were delivered in a good condition. It would help when you bash them someone of their service to provide the details so they know what to improve on or rectify.

I do not know how we deserved a 2 point review here, we collected the bed on the date we were supposed to, disassembled it as requested and covered it as requested at no extra charge. We even had to deliver to 2 locations, again at no extra charge Delivery was set for Sunday the 16th April which was done.

The only problem was when we got to the delivery address for the mattress and there was loadshedding, and were required to take the mattresss up 5 flight of stairs, this was not arranged, planned for or paid for so we couldnt do it, but we did the courtesy of taking the bed as closest to the lift as possible. We also removed the base from the clients house at the 2nd address, again at no extra charge. But its ok, perhaps just another lesson in life and business, no matter. How hard you work and try, its impossible to please everybody.
