Easy and seamless process from start to finish. I needed immediate assistance with moving furniture and Vuyani and his team made it within a few hours. His communication was great and the driver was also professional and took great care in transporting my furniture.

Few hiccups regarding space in the truck.. and very late arrival for collection and delivery.
All in all, guys were friendly, Vuyani was helpful when we discussed challenges and their price was good in comparison to others.

Received excellent service from Vuyani. His staff was friendly and very careful and capable of moving one of my prized possessions, seamless delivery at a great price. VuyaniTrans were exceptional in their service delivery. Prompt arrival, consistent communication, utmost care and on-time delivery. Above and beyond expectations at a reasonable price. Would recommend 1000 times over.

I had to pay him 3 times before he would deliver my possessions and then had the nerve for charging me with storage. All things they packed were severely damaged and some of my things need to be entirely replaced.

Vuyani and team are fantastic not only where they half the price of another big moving company "i shall refrain from naming" but i had a 100% better experience in all categories. They were delayed due to extreme fires in the eastern cape but did not phase as comunication was clear and on point. And at the beginning when truck dates made it very hard for my logistics Viyani went above and beyond to accomodate me.
I wish i could give them a 6th star.

Unfortunate experience with Vuyani Transport
I booked a small removal from Hillcrest to Barrydale at the end of November. I agreed a day for the pick up with Vuyani- the pick up was a week later than agreed after numerous phone calls with Vuyani as well as with Wise Move. The goods delivery was also rescheduled and some of the pictures were lost in the move.
Vuyani takes on more work than what he can actually do and then there is no planning and therefore many broken promises. I cannot recommend them to anyone

The staff was efficient, quick, friendly and professional. Communication was clear and direct with Vuyani himself.
I have been very impressed and will recommend then unreservedly.

I’ve given Vuyani 4 stars because I trust them. We had a few problems with the delivery but I do think it was a once off mistake and I would definitely use them again because of the owner’s attitude and generally they were a pleasure to deal with.

They lost majority of my stuff, I am still hurt years later. I sent an extensive email stating this and nothing was done.

Couldn't confirm at time for collection or delivery and a few of my wooden furniture was badly scratched.

great service

Generally good but some scratches on furniture and two broken plastic box lids. A phone charger+cable and another charger cable disappeared from the rooms, whilst stuff was being moved out and loaded (these were not part of the items to be moved). No theft of items that were moved.

Had a great experience. Driver was late by about 90 minutes due to traffic. Everything else went smoothly and professionally. Driver, movers and Vuyani himself were all a pleasure to deal with.

All was good except Vuyani did not read the request for packaging and then asked for more money instead of the quotation initially recieved.

My fridge is messed up, my couch conners are torn, got stuck on the road from 8PM till 9am. I was asked to send money for people who will bring help it will be repayed, since I wanted my property to arrive safely i did just that but people who were supposed to bring help were useless (arrived around 2am and did nothing to help but just talk, I guess the was nothing they could do cause truck was dead from overheating). My money was not repayed my property bruised.
