The truck overturned on the way to Cape Town, which is understandable. The claim process was lengthy, with the Transport company each month requesting this and that, and when you thought the process is over, then another request to submit ABC document.

This process went on forever until I got tired and decided to replace my items that I've lost and just call off their process. In all, I've lost out coz I couldn't wait anymore as I needed to use my items.

If it's their insurance that led to these delays in processing, they should consider changing it coz I just couldn't understand what the issue is that led to all the claims delays coz the truck overturned - it's as simple as that.

I was assisted by Frans from Vuyani. He arrived at my place on time. Communication was kept open from him travelling to my place, on the way, reaching the destination, offloading the goods. I was amazed at how smooth everything went. The goods arrived in the same good condition because they were handled with care. I really recommend for all your deliveries. 10 out of 10 service!

Vuyani Trans is impeccable. The communication for the booking was excellent. The movers arrived earlier than the agreed upon time of 09:00 which allowed us to pack and get moving efficiently. The move included a drive on the freeway but my belongs were well strapped and well taken care of. The movers offloaded the belongs with care as well. The movers were kind and polite. I was extremely happy with the service provided.

I was so impressed , such a nice guy and super professional. Their patience when I had some delays on the delivery date was outstanding. My stuff arrived in great condition. Would recommend them to anyone and what affordable rates. Happy customer indeed.

Wow what an awesome experience from start to finish I wish I could give them more than 5 stars excellence at its best. The team is professional, and their communication is exceptional they were constantly in communication with me every step of the way before and during the delivery. These guys definitely know what they are doing, and I have and would highly recommend them their prices are reasonable, but their service is of a very high standard. I have had 2 deliveries done with them both local and regional these guys are in a league of their own. I drove from Aan De Wijnlanden to Johannesburg on Friday and my goods were collected d on friday as well. I was surprised to get my goods on Sunday. That is amazing service.

Brilliant service and friendly.

The owner, Vuyani and his right-hand man, Ntokozo and his team was brilliant. They really took great care of my belongings, and the collection and delivery level of service was absolutely fantastic.

Vuyani is a nice person who tries to accomodate your request as best he can. For me, my shared load took much longer than expected to get to me. Its something to bear in mind for those booking a shared load.
2 items got damaged. Awaiting feedback regarding replacement.
I did however receive all my items on delivery. The loading and off loading team were positive and helpful with good manners.

I was impressed by Vuyani Transportation. Everything was smooth from origination up to completion. The truck arrived as expected date and timewise and Vuyani was able to give exact coordinates of driver. So my move from Pretoria to Cape Town was smooth and I would recommend the service to others and would use it again for sure. Thanks again!
