I had to WhatsApp and communicate with them for confirmation of the booking.
They were running late however they informed me.
My fridge fell, had a dent. Luckily it seems to be working for now.
The van pictures were not the same as the van that came.
I would not use them again

Our humble apologies on the experience that you had.
Our team is meant to WhatsApp you within 12 hours of receiving the request however we had challenges with our emails.
With regards to the fridge, One of our assistants slipped on the water on the staircase which resulted in the fridge falling on him and then getting damaged.
Our dedicated as per the pictures attached was do on a breakdown and therefore we sourced another vehicle to ensure you delivery still gets done.
I hope our team will do better.
