Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team was professional, incredibly patient, and extremely efficient. They arrived early, well-prepared, and immediately got to work.

What truly stood out was how willing and eager they were to help, they didn’t just move boxes, they supported us through the entire process.

They helped us pack our belongings with care, supplied boxes, unpacked everything at the new place, and assembled all the furniture that needed to be put together. They handled our items with so much respect and attention, which gave us real peace of mind.

They communicated clearly, asked questions throughout, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Their attitude was positive, calm, and reassuring, which made a potentially stressful move feel smooth and stress free.

I honestly can’t recommend them enough. 10 out of 10 without hesitation, and I will absolutely be using them again.

Khumbasani and his team were truly remarkable. There were a lot of changes that challenged us all, with access not being allowed in the estate until the next morning for delivery being the most significant. They adapted and drove through the night for an early morning delivery in Hoedspruit. An incredible attitude and nothing was too much to ask. In fact I think they charged far too little for their incredible work. Thank you and if I can I will use them again. Can't recommend them enough.

They actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, which I appreciated a lot. They were very careful with my stuff and nothing broke. Wow! Absolutely amazing! I was not an easy customer and underestimated how many boxes I'll have. Apart from having to move out my old place, I also needed the furniture at the new place moved to storage. Tshuxen Holdings handled every request with grace and professionalism and we negotiated a new price that was very fair. Other companies are a lot less flexible, and this would only have added to the stress of moving. I will recommend Tshuxen Holdings to anyone needing to move.
