This was the worst move I have experienced in 20 years.
They advertise themselves as TNM Logistics, but when it comes to being invoiced and paying they become CBS Dynamic Solutions. So now you do not know whether you are dealing with fraudsters, or not.
Then they sent me a driver + two 2 crew, instead of the 4 crew I had booked -- without explaining.
The two 2 crew were so slow, they could have been mistaken for some 80 year old out for a stroll. They were disorganised, and stopped working for long periods. They were ill-equipped and would wander around the collection address, seemingly not knowing what to do next.
One Shingaz who identified himself as the owner of the truck kept on messaging me about all sorts of complaints from his two very slow and lazy workers told him. He was not on site. Eventually, this Shingaz extorted an additional R500 from us on the basis of what these 2 slow and lazy guys told him. The R500 was paid.
However, this did not get the 2 crew to pick up pace.
Just so as to get them to move along, we gave each of them some cash. Suddenly they walked faster and moved the goods a little faster. But it was getting very late and eventually they simply abandoned about a quarter of the goods which we had to ferry ourselves until about midnight.
In the meanwhile the Shingaz texted every few minutes wanting the balance of the money.
A move that should have taken 3 hours took more than 5 hours with a quarter of the goods just simply abandoned.
This was truly the most horrible move I have experienced.
TNM or CBS - whatever their true identity is (if not fraudulent) - should not be in business. It is clear they are not interested in providing a service or value in return for payment they are interested only in money and extorting money.
I would not recommend them instead would warn to avoid them.
This is also the last time I will use Wise Move.
