They are absolutely brilliant, and fast!

It was not quite what I expected but the two guys worked very hard and packed strategically. The only thing I can complain about it some items were a little damaged and the drop off was very chaotic. I unfortunately had car problems and arrived a day later than the truck. Things looked like they were just thrown down. For example couches were on top of boxes marked fragile glass. I do understand that I was not there to direct them how to pack but I feel that they could have done better especially not packing things on top of boxes that was marked as fragile. Instead of an apology I got blame from the manager or spokesman when I complained about it. So I scored low on professionalism. Learn to take accountability. I didn't expect a refund just an apology and to hear that you will learn from this and attemt to do better.

Made all the effort to take care of our goods, even came out before the time to look at everything that needs to be moved to make sure they have enough resources and packing materials. Arrived 3 hours early to make sure that they can pack everything safely and neatly. Put everything in the right places leaving very minimal work for us to do. Very friendly and professional
