I’m not happy at all.

I didn’t see that I was going to be relocated with open truck. I only learned about that a day before my relocation. That lead to me paying R15900 instead of R12900.

I recommend that TM Movers must put in bold letters that they relocate with open trucks for customers to choose between open and closed trucks.

- Arrived at 09:00 instead of 08:30
- Broke my mirror
- Scratched white tv stand
- No tools of trade ie. screwdriver etc.
- I had ordered boxes and bubble wrap but these items were not visible nor used during the move
- The one guy was unprofessional and was genuinely disinterested in working.

I highly recommend TM Movers. Despite the inital misunderstanding surrounding the time of collection, they took great care of the piano and desk and went out of their way to assist me with the desk that turned out to be a bit wider and bulkier than I initially thought. I will most definitely use them in the future again.

I really had the most amazing moving experience with TM Movers! They know exactly what they’re doing and they are so polite! They arrived on time, treated furniture exceptionally well (not a single item broken), and they were VERY fast. We were packed and then unpacked at our new place within 5 hours! I’m Amazed! Really great gents.
