Words can't even begin to describe the experience we had with Phylie. They were professional and handled our goods with care. None of our furniture has a scratch. So friendly and calm. Thanks TM Movers - superb service!

The edges of of the side table were not protected so is the fridge and bottom door is is broken and the back of it as well. And the dirt from the trailer is on one of the dinning room chair.

TM Movers did really well moving my furniture, especially as it is large objects. They ran out of packing materials however, hence I recommend that they need to carry extra in future

The crew of two men arrived on time; they had all what was required to wrap and protect the goods to be moved; and they moved the items with the required care. The rates are as excellent as the job they perform. I definitely recommend.

The move was quick and effortless from TM movers. They took great care in packaging a and wrapping. The smaller flatbed truck and trailer also made accessibility to our property a lot easier than a typical commercial truck. Offloading was just as quick. Highly recommended.

Even though I was not happy when they arrived with only two movers and a small truck, the team assured me all would fit. And it did. No damage to my property when moving the furniture out. TM MOVERS helped us in very tight timeframe and delivered exceptional service. We contacted them and they were able to come out 1 hour after we reached out.
They were able to carry, bubble wrap and load a very heavy valuable piano in 15-20 minutes and I was sent prompt confirmation of arrival and photo proof of delivery just 2 hours after the pickup from both the driver and the owner/manager. 5 stars for comms.
This was probably one of the most painless service experiences I've ever had and would highly recommend these guys any day of the week.

The Communication: Very friendly and professional. Kept us updated often through the process and the day.

The Truck: A bakkie and a trailer was used as opposed to an enclosed truck but the furniture was cared for. We also added more furniture on to the list after the quote was accepted, so I can understand the vehicle changing to accommodate the extra furniture.

The Move: The movers took care with the furniture they were moving and they helped with smaller things like bags, suitcases and even shopping bags filled with cleaning products, etc.
