While I was told that I had to be flexible for a shared load to arrive in CT from JHB, no where was it explained that it would be 3 weeks.
Pick up was the 15th of October. And after pick up, only then, was I told it was 3 weeks until drop off.
I was then charged literally double the price to get my goods sooner. Communication around this was sub par.
But. Team that arrives were extremely professional and friendly.

As per our records, time frames for collection were shared in advance, with flexible delivery noted. Our team completed collection as scheduled and transferred your goods to our depot.
We’d like to reiterate that shared loads offer an extremely cost-effective transport option across the country. However, this service does require flexibility in delivery timing, as trucks are consolidated to optimize space and costs. We do not charge storage fees while awaiting the next available shared-load dispatch, and we remain fully transparent in this regard.
When your delivery timeline changed, we arranged shipment to Cape Town within 48 hours as a dedicated load, which naturally carried a separate cost.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting with your future removals and logistics needs.

I absolutely love and appreciate their service. They delivered my furniture from Cape Town to Pretoria and everything arrived perfectly in order. The only issue was when it comes to collection and delivery, they would be maybe 30-45 minutes late but either way, they get the job done perfectly so it’s a win! I absolutely recommend them , you won’t regret it.

Initially what a fantastic experience... Great communication and punctual! However, when it was time for my stuff to be delivered, then the issues started. I had to follow up all the time. My stuff was delivered 1 day later than promised. My fridge was damaged and scratches on some of my furniture. The boxes look like they were thrown off the truck and packed back few times. They had taken on an extra delivery which caused all the issues. It is really a pity as it started off so well. The delivery guys were great! Ndu was very professional and helpful!
