From the beginning to the end, they made our moving easier. They say moving is like death in the family, but I have to say, we only had tears of joy!! Phenomenal team, phenomenal service!! Arrived on time, even though there was a huge accident on route this morning, and after 28 hours arrive in Cape Town with high spirit!!

Very impressed with the Titan team from start to finish. They moved a fragile load from Johannesburg to Cape Town and I was very happy with every interaction: from the attentive service pre- booking, to good communication throughout the process, timeous arrivals on pick-up and delivery days and careful handling and wrapping of our goods. The crew was warm, friendly and professional and I felt our precious cargo was in good hands every step of the way. Thank you!

Great communication throughout the process. Kept to the times they communicated except where a delay was out of their control but even that was handled with great professionalism.

Moving between main centers (JHB, CPT, DBN) is probably much smoother. Outside of main centers it's a bit of a hassle.

I absolutely love and appreciate their service. They delivered my furniture from Cape Town to Pretoria and everything arrived perfectly in order. The only issue was when it comes to collection and delivery, they would be maybe 30-45 minutes late but either way, they get the job done perfectly so it’s a win! I absolutely recommend them , you won’t regret it.

They handled our household items with exceptional care, ensuring everything, including fragile items like glass and mirrors, arrived in perfect condition. From the very start, they maintained clear and consistent communication, making the challenging process of packing and moving from Johannesburg to Cape Town much smoother.

Initially what a fantastic experience... Great communication and punctual! However, when it was time for my stuff to be delivered, then the issues started. I had to follow up all the time. My stuff was delivered 1 day later than promised. My fridge was damaged and scratches on some of my furniture. The boxes look like they were thrown off the truck and packed back few times. They had taken on an extra delivery which caused all the issues. It is really a pity as it started off so well. The delivery guys were great! Ndu was very professional and helpful!
