I booked Titan for my move from Johannesburg to Cape Town, based on their confirmed 48-hour delivery commitment. The arrangement was to collect on Thursday and deliver on Saturday. Their initial communication was excellent, and the collection process was punctual and professional.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was very disappointing. On the scheduled delivery day, I had to follow up for an ETA and was told delivery would likely only happen the following weekend. This was the first time I was informed of any delay due to a shared load. A 48-hour delivery had been confirmed over the phone, via WhatsApp, and on the invoice, so this came as a shock, especially as I had planned my entire move-in around that timeline.

Over the next few days, multiple new delivery times were suggested (Sunday evening or Monday morning, then Monday afternoon or evening), but none materialised. The delivery eventually arrived on Tuesday at 4pm, after I had to repeatedly follow up with the driver despite being told he would contact me. A 48-hour timeline turned into 5 days.

When my items were delivered, several boxes marked “fragile” were upside down and falling onto their sides in the back of the vehicle. Thankfully nothing was damaged, but greater care would have been appreciated.

It’s disappointing to write this review because the initial experience was so positive, and I chose Titan because of their good reviews. However, clearer communication and more realistic delivery commitments would have made a significant difference.

Titan Logistics were amazing. We had multiple times that we changed the moving date, and Titan was very accomadating. Our move went with out any problems, and the team lead was in correspondence with us, letting us know where they were at all times.

In South Africa, Customer service is not seen in a good light. Very seldom does one have an opportunity to really shine a light on amazing support. With Titan I want to shine a huge spotlight on them, thank you for being awesome. Looking after our furniture, wrapping them carefully and just general amazing service.

I moved from the rural Western Cape to the KZN Midlands, and chose Titan Removals to take care of moving my furniture. I will definitely use them again. The communication was excellent - I appreciated the direct WhatsApp messaging and updates from the team. The people who loaded and unloaded myfurniture were also friendly and easy to work with.

Communication was very bad with these guys. They would communicate a time and then not arrive and when I followed up they commit to a new time which they didnt make it by and give a new time. No proactive communication of delays. I had our bed covered in thick plastic protection which they somehow tore in transit.
Their service is very fast though, collection in Cape Town on Sunday afternoon and delivery in Gauteng very late on Tuesday night. That exceeded my expectations

Arrived one day late between Jhb and CT. I also had to follow up on ETA a few times. Otherwise good experience with Titan.. items were well taken care of and loading and offloading seamless

Wise Move assisted us with a last minute booking of a few household items between JHB and CPT. Ndu and his team did a great job, thank you. Communication updates on WhatsApp was a win – managed time expectations and we got quick responses to our questions.

Overall, the delivery was good. My packages arrived safely and the communication throughout the process was clear and reliable. The driver was professional and courteous. I'd definitely use their service again and recommend them to others - thank you.

Lloyd offered super service. Communicated from day 1 to the day of delivery. They even delivered a day earlier and all my goods arrived safely, nothing broken. The 2 gentleman that picked up from White river were so professional and took care in wrapping the furniture. Thank you Titan.

Their prices are reasonable, they take care of the customer belongings. The communications is excellent. The staff are professional. Great service. My belongings arrived intact. I've used other companies and wasn't happy with the service, price for loyal customers and condition of my boxes when delivered. With Titan, you won't have that issue, it's a company you can rely on. High recommend.

Looking to move something, how frustrating to leave all your details and wait for someone to get back to you with a quote. NOT with Titan! They were not the first company I called to move a scooter from KZN to Cape Town. Within 3 days of initial contact, the scooter is here! And I'm still waiting for the quotes from other reputable companies. Absolutely phenomenal service, keeping me updated every step of the way, and Thabo, Sanele & Mandla went the extra mile when they made the delivery earlier than expected.
