The movers were very careless with my things. The guys arrived drunk and were smoking weed. My furniture and appliances were either scratched, dented or broken during the move. They also dismantled the wooden beds and did not reassemble them properly, resulting in damages. The corners of my mirrors were damaged, my fridge stopped working because the cord was tugged to hard and a few items were lost in the move. My vases various items that had sentimental value were broken and no one said anything to me. This was not a good experience at all.

I had a great experience with this moving company. The team was professional, punctual, and handled everything with care from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and efficient. They were friendly, well organised, and made sure all my items were transported safely. First and foremost are the care of your goods and T Logistics Movers & storage really do take care in how they handle your furniture. This is the 1st time out of 15 moves that all my boxes were packed in the van the right side up - not upside down or sideways or squashed into places. I also saw a certain amount of deliberation in trying to pack boxes with heavier boxes supporting the less than heavy. My wood furniture was first wrapped in plastic to prevent scrapes and accidental scratches - also a first for me. A little weak on communication and unforeseen problems affected puncuality but friendly and well meaning and eager to do better. I say give these guys a chance - it really is worth it just to have your goods treated with such care.

Terrible service, arrogant and rude employees that were packing my goods, they damaged my beds, wood furniture, which the refused to cover with my own bed plastic and plastics.

It was my first time using Wisemove and a first big cross country move. I chose T Logistics Movers & Storage which was the pricier option of them all. Overall, communication was quite good and professional from Ntando who assisted me in my move. However I would've liked a bit more consistent communication/updates (more in the form of messages) as it did feel like I had to check in in order to receive any updates. Another bit of feedback I would give would be for the company to explain more clearly what is going to happen the day of pickup and delivery. For example, who exactly is going to pick up things and their contact information. I had a different company pickup my things to be loaded onto T Logistic's truck which would then deliver to my new location. I had not been made aware of this prior and assumed all would be handled exclusively by T Logistics Movers & Storage. Since it can be someone's first move or first time with your company, I think having a thorough explanation (preferably typed vial email for ease of reference) can help sort out any confusion. There were also minor issues throughout the process of the move such as a late pickup of my things and late delivery. However this was largely out of my and the company's control as it was the consequence of dealing with the logistics of pickup and delivery involving multiple people's things on the same day. The movers themselves were professional and quite quick in both pickup and delivery. I was quite satisfied with that. Overall, it was a good experience however I would mostly recommend this company for someone who's a more experienced mover with flexible moving dates.

T Logistics Movers and Storage were friendly and helpful when arranging their services. They arrived early and hurriedly packed our property. While wrapping our furniture, they broke all four legs of our dining table. Moreover, they also cracked our bed base when lifting it to move out of the house.

Upon arrival at the delivery address, they attempted to fix the dining room table on the lawn but could not do so. They then acted as if they were oblivious to the broken table.

On completion of the move, they handed me a document and said that this was just to acknowledge that the items were delivered. However, after signature and after review, it was a delivery note that disclaimed liability for any losses. This was misleading.

When raising these concerns afterwards, the company’s owner was courteous, however, his driver denied any breakage and claimed that I was lying since I had not raised it at the time of delivery.

We now have to spend about R 10 000 to replace our dining table and bed base. I would not recommend using this company: they were in a rush, misled me and did not take proper care when moving my furniture.

Extremely unprofessional company who treated the customer like a criminal. They refused to leave my house until the money reflected in their account. I sent them pop but that was not good enough. Lack of trust in the customer. They harrassed the recipients. They caused a scene where the neighbour's called security. Please consider ditching this company as they are embarrassing your company.

T Logistics is beyond terrible and tried to move my goods with a smaller truck than arrange and then blackmail me in paying an additional R 13900 for the balance of my move

This company provided the most unprofessional and unreliable service I have ever experienced. The issues began when they confirmed a specific delivery date at booking, which they failed to meet by 48 hours. During that 48hr period, the scheduled delivery time was changed more than five times without any proactive communication. I was forced to contact them after each missed window, only then to be informed of the further delay.

Upon their eventual arrival for delivery, the driver refused to depart from their premises unless I paid the 50% outstanding balance immediately. This was a direct contradiction to the original agreement, which stated the balance was due after goods were offloaded.

After delivery and payment, I received a harassing phone call from the company demanding that I refrain from complaining about their service. They falsely claimed they had never committed to the originally scheduled delivery date. The situation escalated to the point where I had to block their number to end the harassment.

Collectively, this represents a severe breach of contract, characterised by chronic unreliability, contractual misrepresentation, and unprofessional conduct.

They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, but kept me informed throughout and handled the situation with great professionalism. The team even helped with packing due to the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. My items were transported safely with no issues at all, and I received constant communication from start to finish. The team is made up of amazing people. I would definitely recommend their services.

We used this moving company yesterday and overall had a very positive experience. There was an unexpected challenge at the start when the vehicle sent exceeded our estate’s 3-ton GVM limit, which meant I had to get special permission from estate management before the team could begin.

Once everything was cleared, the crew got straight to work — and they were fantastic. It was pouring with rain the entire day, yet they managed the move with impressive care and efficiency. Our belongings were handled safely despite the weather, and the team stayed upbeat and professional throughout.

They even went above and beyond by helping us move appliances that weren’t included in the original job, stepping in when another provider had let us down. That level of support made a huge difference.

Despite the initial delay with the vehicle, the actual move was handled extremely well. We genuinely appreciated their hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed.

I highly recommend T Logistics Movers. They were professional, punctual, and took great care in wrapping, loading, and unloading my goods. They handled my piano and organ with exceptional care, which was very important to me. The entire move went smoothly without any issues. Thank you for the excellent service!

May be a good idea to have some arrow labels so that the boxes don't get turned upside down. I am sure that customers wouldn't mind paying a small amount for these.

My appliances were scratched. They could not find my place even though I sent them a location. They did not had trollies to carry the households. It was not the people I talked to that moved my future. It was sub contracted

These guys did a great job. They were flexible, and even helped my empty out a small storage unit, the day before the move at no additional cost. They kept my items safe until the next day. Further, they did a good job of wrapping all furniture, appliances and fragile items. No items were damaged doing the move and no items were missing. Great job!

I had a terrible experience with T Logistics Movers and Storage. Their low price is deceiving. They came very late to pick up my goods. They didn't mark or label my goods. Fridge came damaged. They are poor in communication. They arrived a day after the agreed date. I incurred unnecessary hotel costs, as a result. You have to keep calling them to know the whereabouts of your goods.
I would never use them again, unless their professionalism and communication improve drastically.
