The Team from Swift Transport RSA was absolutely fantastic from the beginning of my booking right up until past the end of the moving process.

This was a move across Provinces, which came with its own complexities.

Potso was incredible and handled the entire process with absolute precision.

His communication with me was always open, transparent and honest, which I sincerely appreciated.

He handled the whole process with incredible proficiency, efficiency and excellence. He was also very understanding of the anxieties involved in moving and was able to calm my nerves.

His team were, likewise, incredibly professional. They handled my furniture and belongings with tremendous care. They had a long distance to drive, and did so with absolute commitment and dedication to delivering my goods on time.

Upon delivery, they offloaded the truck proficiently, and also helped me to re-install my washing machine. They treated me with such respect, kindness and understanding.

Honestly... I cannot recommend a better company. Potso and his team go beyond their call of duty to assist their customer. Even after delivery, Potso phoned me to confirm that all is well. With this company, one is not merely another "number", but a person who is respected, and whose life belongings are respected too.

With this company, I felt assured and reassured that all will be well. I felt safe in knowing that this company have done this before and, even though I am anxious at all the unknowns, I need not worry because it's not unknown to them. They've done this before. They've got this. And therefore, I can breathe.

I started speaking with Potso perhaps 3 weeks prior to the removal. He brought a touch of humanity to his professionalism, and even linked me to a car transportation company when I was at my wits end with trying to figure out how I was going to transport my car to Gauteng. His removal "guys" worked hard and swiftly as they packed my numerous goods onto their truck, all on Cape Town's hottest day with 40 degree temperatures. They made sure to wrap my art in protective film, and took care as they loaded my plants. I was super shocked when two days later I received a call to say my goods were being delivered at their destination. not a single issue encountered, just simple delight! It is a rarity to have this 10/10 experience in this day and age, and yet Swift exceeded it. I unreservedly recommend them. Thank you Potso, Botlhale and eish I forget the other man's name. I had a really positive experience with this moving service. The team was punctual, professional, and handled all my belongings with care, which made a stressful process feel much easier. Communication was clear from start to finish, and they worked efficiently without rushing or cutting corners.

Everything arrived safely, the movers were friendly and respectful throughout the day.
