A 10 star rating for everything, from the day I accepted the quotation, Nkosinathi was super efficient with communications, they delivered my boxes before the planned move wich is highly appreciated and recommended. They arrived on time, infact 30 minutes before the planned time 😁😁😁, and I have never seen furniture wrapped so fast with care and caution. Just like most things in life, things don’t go as planned, my dishwasher decided it wanted to be the Beyoncé and give a performance by refusing to be disconnected, the guys came together to brainstorm and a solution was in place within 5min, as if that was not enough my kids bed frame couldn’t fit through the door, and they dismantled it with care, and assembled it at the new place. My dishwasher once again was the problem when they needed to connect it at the new place and once again a quick brainstorm happened and a solution was found, a few things were cut and they communicated everything with me before and after and showed me exactly what they did. They were all friendly and that made moving lighter and laughter and jokes were part of the move. I was completely moved out and into my new place in about 4 hours, this includes all the drama mentioned. Sooooo effortless, efficient and took care of my belongings, nothing broke, no scratches, no dents. Will most definitely use them again and recommend to everyone I know ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽

These guys are truly excellent and professional. They arrived early, carefully wrapped my screens, fridge, and sofas, and handled all my furniture with real care. They went above and beyond throughout the move.

A big bonus is that they disconnect and reconnect your washing machine and dishwasher at no extra cost.

Best moving service ever! Straww X is highly recommended. Nkosinathi and his team at Straww X were on the ball right from the start, and provided comfort, reliability and and VERY fair pricing. The communication was clear and precise, and most reassuring.
The team arrived 15minutes earlier than scheduled, wrapped and handled everything perfectly - and was also delivered timely, despite the bad traffic.

Literally zero complaints or issues. Have moved quite a few times with different companies, but Straww X movers blows all competitors out of the water. The 10/10 reviews say it all, these guys deserve an 11.

I was very impressed by SL services ,they arrived on time.I had some delays on my side but they were very patient, without any complaints, they also handled my belongings with so much care. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in future.
