WhatsApp-ed me in the morning telling me who is coming and also communicated any delays expected. Provided an ETA when they were headed my way.

Wrapped what needed to be wrapped and provided more people than I had requested.

My wardrobe was quite heavy and they had issues with the height fitting up the stairs, but they persevered with it and got the job done.

I was also gonna uber from my old place to the new one but they insisted I not waste money and offered that I sit in front with the driver.

I normally don’t do well with casual conversations and I’m pretty socially awkward, but the driver was super chill and enjoyed the conversation.

After the job was done, they sent banking details and I sent an immediate EFT.

All in all, I’m very pleased.

Really efficient!

I made a booking with an exact time slot to which Danny agreed. Then he asked for another possible timeslot and I obliged. On the day, he only started to get in touch at the time of my appointment, citing that his transport staff was only heading out to me from CBD. As much as he kept saying there were things beyond his control that happened on the day, and apologised, and the fact that I had obliged his proposed timeslot, his staff only arrived 2.5 hours later than the booked time. I had asked for 2 people, but only 1 staff member was present. I don't see the point in allowing the client to book if the client is only told there was going to be delay at the last minute. And to have to wait for 2.5 hours is unacceptable. Profuse apologies won't help. Lack of honest communication and professionalism is the problem here. And this is not the transport staff's fault.

If you are tight for time with your transport, consider twice before booking with Danny.

Punctuality is always appreciated. I am glad I could meet the movers earlier than originally planed (approximately 1 - 1.5 hours) but this was only possible because I had the day open and free.

Danny and his team were so helpful and attentive with the move. They were considerate of the fact that I had time constraints and moved so swiftly. As a young woman on my own I felt safe and assured that my belongings would be handled with care.
