I was a bit skeptical at first as most of the removal companies on here don't exist on Google and I was like ' what if the guys drive off with the stuff and we never see them again', I went with Spot On Logistics due to their reviews and the fact they were the cheapest. Very nice guys and Pollen kept me updated on their journey and how far they were. Thanks for a great job!

Guys that were to deliver goods were late for collection, goods were delivered at an unreasonable out as they only arrived at 01:00 where as goods were collected at 10:30 and it's a 5 hour drive, wardrobe was damaged and door with mirror was removed without any apologies or communication... All round bad experience

I phoned after hours and Pollen answered immediately and was extremely helpful. PE to Cptn - collected on time and delivered next day on time with good communication.

Pollen and his team at Spot on Logistics were incredibly quick, efficient and extremely helpful. They were even able to assist me from a request made within 24hrs which was a huge save from a tough spot. I'm very grateful for their services and will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend them!

Brilliant!!! If I could give a 6 star rating for communication and punctuality I would! They came all the way from Cape Town to St. Francis Bay and were right on time for pick up. We continuously received up-dates while they were on the road. Total peace of mind! The whole team treated us and our goods with the utmost respect, so courteous and always with a smile. Our goods arrived in Cape Town on time in the same condition as when they left. What more could a customer want? Pickfords, Biddulphs, Eezi Move, all who we have used in the recent past, were horrific and certainly could learn from these professionals how to treat their customers. Thank you Pollen and team, you have restored our faith in movers. Wishing you all the best in the future and look forward to using you again.

Great comms on arrival times including real time updates on where the truck was.
The poor guys had to load up in a massive rain storm, and they took care to wrap up the furniture first to try to keep it dry.
No nonsense and thorough. I was very impressed.

If you are a moving company you need to be ready for any weather!

Overall positive experience, though some confusion during packing/unpacking and a scratched item. Communication regarding item destinations could be clearer. However, the team was accommodating and worked hard to address issues promptly, demonstrating commitment to customer satisfaction
