As discussed during our phone conversation, I’d like to clarify what occurred regarding the damage to the fridge. During the move, the safe was accidentally dropped onto the fridge while the vehicle was in transit. At the time, your husband and son-in-law were assisting with securing and handling the item, and unfortunately this led to the damage.

We understand how disappointing it is when items are damaged, and we regret that this incident occurred. We appreciate your understanding of the circumstances surrounding the situation.

Thank you for the feedback. With regards to punctuality, Initially we agreed on 9am, you then postponed the time to 11am, again to 2pm and then requested for 1pm. Due to all these changes, we had to allocate the truck which was immediately available. We also need to highlight that you only listed 4 items on your inventory list compared to what we transported which was more than double the quantity and you were not charged extra for that.
