My mirror broke under their care and claimed they did not wrap it themselves and could not replace it and that was not true.

It appears there may have been a miscommunication between yourself and the person present at the collection address. Many of the items, including the mirror tray, were already wrapped in cling wrap prior to our handling. The mirror tray also contained items inside while packaged, which may have contributed to the small crack on the corner.
We take great care when handling all clients’ belongings. However, as outlined in our terms, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to fragile items that were not professionally packed by Silverline Transport and Removals.
Regarding your ratings:
Communication: We kept you informed throughout the process, from collection through to delivery.
Care of goods: Apart from the mirror tray mentioned above, all other items were delivered in the same condition as collected.
Professionalism: At all times, we conducted ourselves professionally and communicated our position clearly and respectfully.
