They moved my items on Friday, and by Sunday after we had finished unpacking I noticed that my new set of plates was missing. I immediately informed the owner, who then contacted his driver and helper to find out what happened. Unfortunately, it’s turned into a “he said, she said” situation with no clear answers.
Because I no longer have the receipt, he can’t even process a claim for the plates, even though I provided a picture of the exact set on the checkers website.
To keep the peace, I eventually told him to leave it, but I’m honestly unhappy that my brand‑new plates went missing during their move.
